Not trying anything to hard we drew a rectangle and rounded the edges in inkscape, used the ‘path to gcode’ option with absolutly no settings and default options and it did produce a nice looking file. Installation of the tools extension in InkScape is super easy, just copy the files and then there is a new sub menu in Extensions menu. We choose to use the latter as it is more established. First test of using InkScape to produce a valid gCode file using gCode Tools.
